Warranty

Studio Mirae gives a one year warranty for all its products purchased online. Studio Mirae will do the necessary repair and repolish for the jewellery from date of the purchase, for a year. This includes for entire catalogue as well as products on sale. The warranty is applicable for the jewellery purchased through https://www.miraejewel.com/ The warranty doesn’t include the repair or repolish for products modified, misused, product wear and tear and negligence from the buyer’s side.

Sales Policy

Studio Mirae enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you i.e. (buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be inclusive of taxes and shipment.

Kindly note the order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be considered. Studio Mirae reserves the right to cancel the order, in case there is any unauthorized activity in the payment.

In case a damaged product or wrong product is sent by the seller i.e. Studio Mirae the same should be informed us by an email with the tag, product image and invoice copy, Studio Mirae will schedule a pick up for the same from your door step.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

After placing the order, customer has an option to cancel the order within one hour; the refund for the same will be processed within 10 working days through same payment mode. The return of jewellery delivered should be informed to Studio Mirae through an email (with tag no, invoice copy and product image) which is mirae.svm@gmail .com within 24 hours.
